Brenda Darnley Martin has always enjoyed a strong interest in and appreciation for the communication arts. To Brenda, words – written, spoken and unspoken – are the music of her life, and each day offers the opportunity to create a new “concert.” In addition to authoring children’s books, Brenda writes and sends promotional media releases for clients. She also LOVES to create, write and do often do the voiceovers of rhyming song parodies, poems and scripts for various special events, in her other roles of broadcast interviewer, actress, and even stand-up comedienne!
In 2003, recognizing the lack of media exposure available to most creative artists, Brenda began producing and co-hosting “Entertainment and the Arts,” a weekly radio program on WTAN radio in Clearwater, Florida. The program, dedicated to promoting those relatively unsung heroes who are making a significant contribution to the arts, has featured more than 400 creative artists of various venues and is now entering its seventh season.
Past employers/clients have included: the Florida Aquarium, the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay, the Wagon Wheel Flea Market (West Coast Video Productions), WMOR-TV, and various interactive theatrical production companies, advertising agencies, etc.

The cardio workouts support longer and stronger fitness-time goals, and the strength and agility exercises support a greater range of motion plus will prevent injuries. Total physical conditioning is given to all ability levels. The mean age is 40 years plus. Personal and group training are offered to all ability levels.
