Monica Marie Kosiorek, CEC, AELC
Introducing…
Monica Marie Kosiorek, Certified Empowerment and Energy Leadership Coach, has a 30-year track record of successful accomplishments in client relations and corporate leadership. As a natural problem-solver with an adept ability to thrive under pressure, Monica draws on her corporate successes and personal triumphs to help other women organize objectives, overcome obstacles, and UNLOCK their POTENTIAL.
Finding the keys to success…
Monica completed both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in her hometown of Baltimore, MD. She went on to build a professional resume riddled with executive positions in both the banking and travel industries. Early in her career, it was clear that she would devote her analytical abilities to consumer advocacy and helping others. During just her first position as a bank branch manager, she proposed the idea of and, ultimately, founded the bank’s Consumer Affairs Office. After several years as the Director of Consumer Affairs, Monica moved on to hone her management skills in a busy call center. Although within a few years, a prominent recruiter called on her to serve as Vice President of a large bank in Dallas. Her Baltimore friends and family were surprised to see her relocate, but no one was shocked to see that this career move put her on the corporate fast-track, landing her high-ranking positions at mega-corporations like Banc One and American Express.
Unlocking her potential…
Wherever Monica went, she was continually streamlining systems, improving productivity, and setting unprecedented levels of team unity. She received several awards, served as a contributing writer in corporate publications, and stayed active in professional groups and community organizations. However, life was not always smooth sailing. Over the years, she suffered through a divorce, several mergers, and even a corporate restructure that cost her job. Although with every setback, comes an opportunity. Eventually, she was given “the offer she couldn’t refuse” to move to Honolulu and serve as Vice President of Consumer Sales and Services with Cheap Tickets, Inc. Not only did she thrive in this demanding position of overseeing more than 1000 employees, but the move led her to enjoying many Hawaiian sunsets as well as meeting the man she would marry in 2004.
Opening the door to happiness…
Today, Monica and her husband, Mark, are enjoying life in Tampa, FL. Things are especially good because Monica is working full-time doing what she loves – helping others! She officially left the corporate world in early 2007 to pursue a self-development program, which resulted in her Life Coaching Practice. Monica uniquely draws on her personal struggles, corporate relocations, and experiences to patiently assess her client’s needs. Her positive nature helps her teach women to enjoy life’s endless opportunities to reinvent themselves. Monica, who has run in two marathons and has maintained a 60 lb. weight loss from over 10 years ago, can relate to any client’s desire to conquer a goal. Whether it’s a job change, fitness struggles, remarriage, or menopause, this fifty-something has been through it all, and she is trained to help others through it, too.
In addition to her training and principles, Monica uses ingenuity to answer questions that arise when dreams unfold, goals materialize, or the unexpected shows up. She walks the talk in staying focused on finding or reclaiming joy in life. Now is the time for you to contact Monica and move forward to achieve authentic happiness in your life, too!
